Biography
Dr. Hari Eppanapally is a financial services professional with over 30 years’ of experience working in different roles with major Wall Street banks, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, BlackRock and Bank of New York Mellon. He is a visionary, an entrepreneur, keynote speaker, mentor and a philanthropist with a passion for healthcare, education, and the environment.
Dr.Hari Eppanapally is an entrepreneur and investor in several disruptive technology companies and serves as Chairman of the Board for the CIC Group, Quibble Genomics Institute and Co-Founder of the GITA Fund. He is the founding board member and serving as the Vice President of Financial Policy Council, a New York based Think Tank organization with a mission to connect Wall Street, Main Street and Washington to promote Entrepreneurship.
Dr. Hari Eppanapally is the founding Chairman of the Lead India Foundation (USA) which is founded with the inspiration of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, the 11th President of India, with a mission to provide affordable quality Healthcare, affordable quality Education, Preserve and Protect the Planet for future generations, Develop Spiritual Families to Establish Peace & Harmony in the society and finally Transform Youth into Responsible Citizens and Engage them in Developing the Nation.
Dr. Hari Eppanapally has been a strong advocate for Indian Americans to run for elected offices and has been campaigning for active role in American politics. He was considered by GOP to run for US Congress from New Jersey District 6 in 2014.
Dr. Hari Eppanapally received his B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad, a Masters in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and completed an Executive Program in General Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is serving as the Global Ambassador and Chairman of the JNTU Hyderabad Alumni Association.

Krishna Rani (a.k.a Kumar) is an IT service professional with over thirty five years of experience in different roles. He has been working for the US Army as ERP functional Architect for the last twenty years in New Jersey. Previously, he worked as Principle Consultant at PriceWaterCoopers implementing SAP projects. He worked as Divisional Vice President at PaineWebber in financial services area. Worked at Connecticut based fashion jewelry manufacturing company as Sr. Systems Analyst. He started his career as Radar’s Engineer and moved onto EDP as Systems Analyst in Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, Hyderabad division, also served as Executive committee member and as Joint Secretary of HAL officer’s association Hyderabad, represented by more than thousand officers.
Kumar is an investor in several companies including Bio fuel energy, data analytics and healthcare industries. He is a philanthropist with a passion for education and healthcare. Financially supports Saraswathi Sishu mandir schools in India which educates and promotes poor students. He also supports physically handicapped Children’s Institute in Hyderabad, and supporting financially needy Engineering students.
Kumar is a passionate Bollywood and tollywood singer. He is the president of Desi Singer group, an south Indian music club in New Jersey which encourages all passionate and amateur singers.
Kumar received his M.Tech in Advanced Electronics Engg from JNTU Hyderabad, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIIE, India, Post Graduate in AI Agents for Business Applications from McCombs School of Business, University of Texas.

Sudhaker is an accomplished IT professional currently working as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley. He has been involved in developing and managing technology in various industries in USA. In addition, worked in technology, quality, and manufacturing areas in India.
Sudhaker is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU). Not only he did excel in the class, but he was also awarded Gold medal for being the topper for the class of 1985. He completed his post-graduation in Industrial Engineering and Management from JNTU, Hyderabad and specialized training in Statistical Quality Control & Operation Research from the Indian Statistical Institute, Chennai.
He had immigrated to USA in 1997, and have been actively associated with many social, cultural, literary and religious organizations. Currently, he resides in Franklin Park, NJ with wife, Shailaja, and two daughters, Dr. Alekhya and Dr. Amulya.
He enjoys reading & writing Telugu literature (in particular poetry) during his free time. His ambition is to passionately serve the Telugu community by encouraging Telugu culture, promoting the Telugu language, and passing on the traditions to the next generation. He directly and indirectly served many social, cultural and religious organizations and continues to do this. He also donated to many organizations for various charity activities.
His past and present contributions include,
- Has been actively volunteering for TFAS (Telugu Fine Arts Society), NJ for over 20 years. Served for five terms as trustee and played various roles during these years. Served as President of this non-profit organization until recently (term May 2018 – June 2020) and organized many events.
- Has been serving as Associated Editor of Telugu Jyothi magazine (published by TFAS) for 20 years.
- Helped and volunteered many Telugu organizations (TANA, NATS, ATA, NATA, TFAS, NRIVA and TATA) and helped as committee member/chair for national/regional conventions.
- Has served as IT Director for Lead India organization, which was initiated by Dr. Abdul Kalam, former President of India. Lead India initial focus is to empower over 250 million High School Children as responsible citizens through value-based education and “Aap Badho Desh Ko Badhao” leadership training to realize developed India by the year 2020.
- Helped many religious organizations by providing donations and helped with organizing religious events. Such organizations include JET (Jeeyar Educational Trust), HATCC (Guruvayoorappan Temple), HTCS (Sri Venkateswara Temple), Sai Datta Peetham.

Mr.Praveen Nidumolu is a Sr. Technology Leader at Verizon.He leads the Digital Transformation and Technology transformation strategy at Verizon. In this role, he drives next generation Digital Transformation solutions with the adoption of Modern architectures (Microservices, Hybrid Cloud Virtualization, Big Data). As part of Technology transformation, he drives adoption of transformative Emerging Technologies like MEC, x-Haul Transport modernization, IOT, AR/VR/MR, SDN/NFV and 5G (5th Generation Advanced Wireless Network) etc to build high performance, ultra-reliable and secure Wireline/wireless Communication Superhighways that power the highly collaborative communities of tomorrow through the next-gen products/services.
Mr. Nidumolu has received many professional awards including the CEO’s Verizon Excellence Award and CIO’s All Star, Ovations and Leading-by-example awards. He’s also received the InfoWorld’s Enterprise Architecture Awards two years in a row. He has two patents filed with USPTO (on Location Intelligence and vendor/protocol agnostic network data collection and transformation). He’s also a Public speaker and presents at Professional Conferences.
Mr. Nidumolu is very actively associated with many social, cultural and spiritual/religious organizations. He has been a teacher and an active volunteer for the SiliconAndhra Manabadi Telugu Program in the Northern VA area. He’s also very actively involved in the spiritual/religious and community service activities of Avadhoota DattaPeetham, Datta Yoga Center, YogaSangeeta, JET, VTSEVA, SEWA International as a teacher, volunteer through propagation of Yoga, Meditation and Inner Healing through Music, Scriptural studies and Devotional singing activities. He’s also been an active volunteer in the N. VA community to support families struggling with COVID-19 through SEWA International and DYC-DC USA by getting involved in Fundraising, Hotline and back office operations support etc. He’s also an active volunteer supporting the TANA TEAM committee in the DMV area.

He has received BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad; MS in Aerospace Engineering, Mississippi State University; Masters Certificate in IT Project Management from George Washington University; Masters Certificate in Six Sigma from Villanova University and The Executive Certificate in Strategic Leadership from Michigan State University (Broad College of Business). Suresh Chappidi strives to provide servant-leadership as a philanthropically-minded, visionary entrepreneur, who founded a successful IT based Business Intelligence and Management Consulting firm more than 2 decades ago, and has subsequently started or purchased a number of companies which he has improved, and continues to run. As a seasoned investor, he has also sold, a number of profitable companies and properties.
Suresh Chappidi spearheaded the development of a proprietary system in data management for identifying and implementing the most efficient solutions while training and supporting customer management and staff, leading to measurable cost-cutting and revenue enhancement.
Suresh Chappidi has been providing support for nearly a quarter century to clients in the areas of IT, management, accounting, engineering , program and project management, training and workforce development, organizational development, process reengineering, change management, business analysis, executive coaching, commercial and residential real estate investment and management, and commercial analytical security hardware systems for providers of “brick & mortar” retail and healthcare services in a variety of locations across the United State and around the Globe.
